The Client

Walgrove is a recruitment services company led by Mike Walgrove with an expertise in director level appointments, e.g. Chairmen and non-executive directors.

The company also provides an executive to non-executive career transition service with up to 20 clients annually.

Scope of work

Sara has been supporting the founder and owner of Walgrove, Mike Clancy, since 2017.

Responsibilities include:

Provision of all administration support on Walgrove’s career transition service from start to finish
Research and project work related to recruitment assignments
Providing key management information from Walgrove’s CRM system e.g. weekly work in progress reports
Diary management

Results

Designated’s services have freed up more of Mike’s time to focus on client work, improved the quality of Mike’s service delivery for clients and transformed how the business operates internally.
