Kim has worked with Jane Braithwaite, Managing Director for over 5 years and her role as evolved in this time to her current positio as COO.     Kim is passionate about client experience and service and her operational background leads her to ensure that the company is constantly finding ways to work smarter and be more efficient. Whilst ensuring the team provide an optimum level of service and support to all clients.

Over 20 years experience at senior and executive level with a particular focus on sales operations and operational excellence. Most noteworthy she has professional experience in organising large conferences, event management, sales reporting and analysis and management of remuneration schemes. Furthermore, more recently working in recruitment and selection, WordPress web design and social media, CRM systems and workflow efficiencies. She is a meticulous and thorough individual with a passion for organisation and lean processes.

Amazing Fact!

She once trekked the Inca Trail in Peru to Machu Picchu and raised over £4,000 for The British Heart Foundation. Spent 3 months camping and travelling through Africa from Nairobi to Cape Town, mostly sleeping under the stars.  Has done a Bunjee jump over Victoria Falls, skydived over the Namibia desert and in New Zealand, and risked life and limb white water rafting down the Zambezi. 

These days life is a little less adrenaline fuelled!
