How do I sign up?

How do I get matched to a Personal Assistant?
We find out about you, your business and what you need hep with. We then look at the skills available on our team and suggest a couple of Personal Assistants for you to choose from. You have the option of speaking to your PA before going ahead.
What happens when my PA is on holiday
You will be offered another team member to cover your work and we ensure a handover to bring them up to speed.
Do my hours roll over each month?
Your hours are reset each month, therefore can not be rolled over. Your Personal Assistant will work to ensure the hours purchased are used productively. Your Account Manager will also be monitoring usage and review this regularly to ensure you are alloacted to the correct plan. Should your support requirements change we ask for 30 days notice
How do I switch plans?
Its simple. Just drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do the rest.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. Our services are flexible and changeable.
